Burpp is a technology platform that connects individuals seeking services with independent service providers ("Vendors").
Burpp does not:
All services are provided by independent third-party Vendors, not Burpp.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a User account or use the Platform.
By using Burpp, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Vendors are independent professionals, not employees, agents, or representatives of Burpp
Burpp does not verify Vendor qualifications, licenses, certifications, insurance, or background information
Any agreement, communication, or transaction you enter into is solely between you and the Vendor
Burpp is not a party to, and has no responsibility for, any agreement or dispute between you and a Vendor.
All payments, scheduling, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly between you and the Vendor.
Burpp:
Burpp is not responsible for payment disputes, unsatisfactory services, cancellations, or no-shows.
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm Vendors or other users
Misrepresent your identity, intent, or information
Attempt to hold Burpp responsible for Vendor services or outcomes
Interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Platform
Burpp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Users may submit reviews or other content related to Vendors.
By submitting content, you agree that:
Burpp is not responsible for user-generated content and may remove or modify reviews at its discretion, with or without notice.
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burpp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Burpp does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burpp is not liable for any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or disputes arising out of or related to:
Burpp shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

If you believe you are in danger or require immediate assistance, contact local emergency services.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these User Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
You waive any right to a jury trial and agree that disputes may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
These User Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Burpp may suspend or terminate your User account if you:
Violate these User Terms
Misuse the Platform
Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior
Attempt to hold Burpp responsible for Vendor actions or outcomes
Burpp may update these User Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
